  • As the muffins bake, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, stir together the maple syrup and powdered sugar until you have a smooth, glossy mixture that will coat the muffins beautifully.
  • Once the muffins are finished baking, allow them to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. Carefully transfer them to a wire rack. While they are still warm, dip the tops of each muffin into the maple glaze, letting any excess glaze drip back into the bowl.
