Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Evenly spread the pretzel sticks across the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and butterscotch chips together over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Once melted, remove from heat and pour the mixture over the pretzel sticks, covering them as evenly as possible.
Use a spatula to spread the butterscotch mixture to ensure all pretzels are coated.
Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top of the butterscotch-covered pretzels.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, watching for the chocolate chips to soften.
Remove from the oven and use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly.
If using, sprinkle crushed pecans or walnuts on top of the melted chocolate.
Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the entire surface of the bark.
Allow the bark to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Once set, break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
Notes
For added crunch, use crushed pecans or walnuts.
