Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs for approximately 20 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
In a small saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce and honey over medium heat. Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Brush the warm honey BBQ glaze over the baked meatballs.
Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
