1

packed brown sugar (light or dark)
1
2
granulated sugar
2
large
eggs, at room temperature
1
tablespoon
pure vanilla extract
1
cup
all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
1
3
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1
2
teaspoon baking powder
1
4
teaspoon fine sea salt
1
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1
2
cup white chocolate chips
1
2
cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and fine sea salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the melted unsalted butter with the packed brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chunks.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each mound.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are slightly underbaked.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve with a glass of cold milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent experience.
